My name is Gila Dishy. I am a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnosis practitioner and quantum touch healer certified by the NLP Center of New York. I am a mother of three children and live in Central NJ. I speak 4 languages, and coach in two, Hebrew and English. I have a bachelor’s degree in literature, I was a teacher for many years, and have published a book containing a collection of short stories.

I’ve been coaching all my life, and I turned it into a business in 2019. I am a spiritual person, I open my mornings with deep gratitude, and I live my life with a conscious decision to choose love and beauty every day.

I am a firm believer that it is essential to deeply understand ourselves; and in order to get to our desired life, the movement should start from within. First, we have to go inward, and from there, to go out. We have to know ourselves and connect to our inner resources.

My work with my clients is based on my belief that in order to get to our desired life, the movement should start from within.

First, we have to go inward, and from there, to go out. We have to know ourselves and connect to our inner resources. In NLP, we believe that we are born with all the resources (such as courage, compassion, joy, etc.) needed in order to go where we want. NLP is a way to rewire our brain, and to be aware of our subconscious mind. We also learn about different parts within us with the NLP strategies.

This journey is deep and sometimes requires getting into a different state of mind. From this place, we find out what is meaningful for us, what our own definition of success is as opposed to the “external” meaning of the word. Beyond the roles we assign to ourselves in life, lies the core of our essence. I help my clients rediscover that essence. We ask questions such as “what is success for you?”, “what is that you truly want to achieve?”. Once we find out and answer those questions, we start a process of achieving those goals with classic coaching strategies. The client will have tools to raise the level of their awareness.

Essentially, I teach my clients a new way to examine their thoughts. We cannot always change the events that happen to us, but we can change the way we look at them, and this is the key to our emotional wellness.
